What Is Expedited EAD Preparation?
This service is designed for individuals who need their Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) prepared on an expedited timeline.
With this service, our office prioritizes your case and prepares your EAD application within 24 hours after receiving your completed intake form and all required documents.
This service applies to both initial EAD applications and renewals.
Please note that this expedited service applies only to the preparation of your application by our office and does not affect USCIS processing times.
If payment and all required documents are submitted during a weekend or holiday, preparation will still be completed within the 24-hour expedited timeframe.
