What Is Social Security Appointment Scheduling?

Many individuals need to schedule an appointment with the Social Security Administration (SSA) to apply for or update their Social Security record.

This service is primarily provided for individuals who have recently received their Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and need to apply for a new Social Security card.

Our office assists with contacting the Social Security Administration to schedule your appointment and providing guidance on the documentation you may need to bring to your visit.

Appointments are scheduled based on your ZIP code with the Social Security office closest to your address.

If you need your appointment scheduled at a different SSA office or location, you must indicate this request in your intake form so our team can attempt to schedule your appointment accordingly.

Please note that the Social Security Administration controls appointment availability, and appointment dates depend on the schedule of the local SSA office.
