A motion to change venue is a request submitted to Immigration Court asking that a case be transferred from one court location to another.
This may be requested when an individual has moved to a different state or location.

How This Service Works

Step 1 – Select Your Service
Click Start My Process and select the USCIS Notice Explanation service.
Step 2 – Review and Sign the Agreement

Step 3 – Submit Payment

Email 2: After payment is completed, you will receive a payment receipt.

Email 4: You will receive a link to access the Docketwise client portal, where you will complete the intake form and upload your documents.
