Document Translation Services
CNIS Immigration Services offers certified document translation services for documents that must be translated between Spanish and English.
These translations are commonly required for immigration applications submitted to USCIS, which requires that foreign-language documents be submitted with a complete English translation and a certification from the translator confirming accuracy.
Our translations include the required certification statement confirming that the translation is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate between English and Spanish.
Documents commonly translated include:
• Birth certificates
• Marriage certificates
• Divorce decrees
• School records
• Identification documents
• Affidavits
• Immigration records
• Other supporting documents
Our standard rate is $25 per page, although pricing may vary depending on the complexity, formatting, or length of the document.
Translations are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.
Expedited Translations
If you require your translation sooner than the standard processing time, expedited services may be available for an additional fee, depending on the document and our current workload.
How to Request a Quote

A member of our office will review the document and contact you within 24 business hours with the translation quote.
4. Payment and Translation
