What Is USCIS Case Inquiry Assistance?
If you have a pending immigration application or petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)and your case has exceeded normal processing times, you may be eligible to submit a case inquiry requesting an update from USCIS.
A case inquiry allows applicants to ask USCIS to review the status of their pending application and confirm whether any additional action is needed.
Our office assists with preparing and submitting a USCIS case inquiry using the information you provide.
Before booking this service, it is your responsibility to confirm that your case is outside USCIS normal processing times.
If your case is not outside processing times, USCIS will not allow an inquiry to be submitted. In those situations, this service cannot be completed and no refunds will be issued.
You may check current USCIS processing times here:
https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a faster decision or response from USCIS, as processing timelines are determined solely by the agency.
