How This Service Works

Step 1 – Select Your Service
Click Start My Process and select the USCIS Notice Explanation service.
Step 2 – Review and Sign the Agreement
You will be directed to review and sign the service agreement.
Email 1: After signing, you will receive an email with a copy of your signed agreement.
Step 3 – Submit Payment
You will then be directed to complete the payment.
Email 2: After payment is completed, you will receive a payment receipt.
Email 3: You will receive a confirmation email explaining that you will receive access to your secure client portal.
Email 4: You will receive a link to access the Docketwise client portal, where you will complete the intake form and upload your documents.
