What Is Immigration Packet Review – Premium Review?
If you have prepared your own immigration packet, our office can conduct a detailed review of your forms and supporting documents before submission.
This review focuses on identifying missing information, incomplete sections, missing signatures, and overall packet organization.
The review is limited to clerical completeness and general USCIS filing standards and does not include legal analysis or legal advice.
This service includes one review only.

• One 30-minute call with our office
• 30 days of CNIS Process Support starting after you receive your USCIS receipt notice
• One complimentary document translation (up to one page), if needed for your immigration process
Call Policy
This service includes one 30-minute call only.
The call may be scheduled either before or after the document review, depending on your preference.
• If scheduled before the review, it may be used to discuss general questions about organizing your packet
• If scheduled after the review, it may be used to review the written feedback provided
Additional calls are not included.

CNIS Process Support
Premium clients receive 30 days of CNIS Process Support, which begins after the USCIS receipt notice is issued.
During this time, clients may contact our office with general questions regarding their process, such as:
• USCIS receipt notices
• Biometrics appointment notices
• Interview scheduling notices
• General case updates
This support is limited to general process questions only.

How This Service Works
This service may be purchased directly online without scheduling a consultation.
To begin, click Start My Process and follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Select Your Service
Click Start My Process and select the Immigration Packet Review – Premium Review service.
Step 2 – Review and Sign the Agreement
You will be directed to review and sign the service agreement.
Email 1: After signing, you will receive an email with a copy of your signed agreement.
Step 3 – Submit Payment
You will then be directed to complete the payment.
Email 2: After payment is completed, you will receive a payment receipt.
Email 3: You will receive a confirmation email explaining that you will receive access to your secure client portal.
Email 4: You will receive a link to access the Docketwise client portal, where you will complete the intake form and upload your documents.
Once the intake form is submitted, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to begin assisting you with your case.
